In my previous post I said: “Citadel Solar is owned by Switch so I will guess the power is going to the Switch Data Center at TRI. (That secret didn’t last very long.)”

At the July 6, 2021 meeting of the Board of Commissioners Sam brought that up.

At the meeting Linda Bullen, Citadel Solar’s attorney said that, “Switch does not have an ownership interest in the solar facility, or the transmission line...”

Is she really in a position to know that?

Do you believe in coincidences? If you do, how many coincidences can you handle at the same time?

According to the NV SOS, for CITADEL SOLAR, LLC:

Manager:

CEI Switch Citadel OpCo, LLC

8800 N. Gainey Center Dr., Suite 250,

Scottsdale, AZ, 85258, USA

For CEI Switch Citadel OpCo, LLC:

Manager:

Jon Faltis 8800 N Gainey Center Dr Ste 250, Scottsdale, AZ, 85258, USA

According to: https://www.corporationwiki.com/p/2zwj43/jon-faltis

“Jon Faltis has been associated with forty-four companies, according to public records. The companies were formed over a eleven year period with the most recent being incorporated one year ago in March of 2020. Nineteen of the companies are still active while the remaining twenty-five are now listed as inactive.”

It looks to me (and this is just my opinion) that Mr. Faltis has a nice career being the frontman for holding companies (shell companies) that allow other companies to hide their ownership of companies and projects. And then, after they do what they were intended to do, they become inactive which means they fold their tents and steal silently away in the night.

So we have the name Switch in both company names.

And before I forget, Switch’s Data Center at TRI is called the Citadel Campus.

So far all we have are two interesting coincidences: Switch and Citadel.

Here is a third one.

On 1/18/2020 Citadel Solar filed an application with the Nevada PUC for a fairly large solar project. Click Here: ref04_nvpuc_citadel-solar-application_62-1.pdf

Here is the Introduction:

INTRODUCTION

The Project is a 250-megawatt alternating current ('MW/ac") photovoltaic ("PV") solar electric generating facility which will include a Battery Energy Storage System ("BESS"), transmission lines, access roads and other ancillary facilities (the "Project"). The Project is to be constructed on approximately 2,188 acres of private lands located near the Tahoe Reno Industrial Complex in Storey County, Nevada, Citadel requests that the Commission authorize the issuance of two Permits to Construct ("PTCs"), one for Phase 1, which includes an approximately 860 acre 100 megawatt alternating current ("MW/ac") solar field and ancillary facilities and a 120 kilovolt ("kV") overhead transmission line ("Phase 1") and a second PTC for a 1262 acre 150 MW/ac solar field and ancillary facilities ("Phase 2"). The permits for each phase are detailed in Paragraph 11 below.

It was to be a solar farm and transmission line. (They later withdrew the application for unstated reasons.)

Where was the transmission line to go?

It was to go to a substation owned by Switch. From PDF Page 8:

The purpose of the Project is to provide electricity generated from a clean, renewable energy source. The Project is sited in an area with high quality solar irradiance, close to transmission lines on available lands of sufficient size to accommodate a utility scale photovoltaic solar project. In particular, the Project was most cost effective by being sited in close proximity to a substation owned by the Project's off-taker, Switch. In addition to being proximate to the Project's off-taker, the project area has a minimum of unmitigable environmental conflicts. Of the alternate locations for the Project were considered including various locations in Storey and surrounding counties the selected location meets the objects of Citadel to develop an appropriately-sized photovoltaic solar facility in a cost-effective and timely manner utilizing proven, efficient, and environmentally sound technology.

Three amazing coincidences.

It would be even more amazing if the transmission line in their application isn’t the same transmission line that they just got the SUP for.

Why did they go from owning the transmission line and the solar farm to just owning the transmission line with Roger Norman owning the solar farm?

And who owns CEI Switch Citadel OpCo, LLC which owns Citadel Solar?

From that same NVPUC application (PDF Page 5):

INFORMATION REGARDING THE APPLICANT

Citadel, the developer of the Project, is an affiliate of CD Clean Energy and Infrastructure VII JV, LLC, a fund under the management of Capital Dynamics, Inc., which manages several funds that are nationwide developers and owners of renewable energy facilities.

Citadel's principal place of business and mailing address is:

Citadel Solar LLC

c/o CD Arevon Asset Management

8800 N. Gainey Center Dr., Ste. 250

Scottsdale, AZ 85258

They are owned by Capital Dynamics, Inc.

According to their Web site Capital Dynamic is a private asset management/investment company.  https://www.capdyn.com/about-us/

And where are their headquarter?

Bingo! Switzerland!

https://www.dnb.com/business-directory/company-profiles.capital_dynamics_ag.33029efa691a99bfca100904d6b31bce.html

And they have offices all around the world in all the places where the big money is: https://www.capdyn.com/contact-form/

(It is only a matter of time before they open an office in Storey County, The Richest County in the World.)

It is practically impossible to subpoena a Swiss company: https://www.haguelawblog.com/2017/01/serve-process-switzerland/

That makes Swiss companies an ideal place to hide your money.

Who would like to hide their money so they can own the world without anyone else knowing it?

1.  Chinese (and Hong Kong) billionaires who want to stash their money before the Chinese Government takes it away from them;

2.  The Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA). They own or control a number of companies, including Huawei. Do you have a Huawei cell phone? To make it easier for them to monitor your conversations you should learn to speak Mandarin (or Cantonese);

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-china-military-exclusive/exclusive-trump-administration-says-huawei-hikvision-backed-by-chinese-military-idUSKBN23V309

3.  Arab sheiks;

4.  Russian Oligarchs;

5.  Vladimir Putin himself. Putin may be the richest man in the solar system (or at least the planet);

https://www.celebritynetworth.com/articles/billionaire-news/is-vladimir-putin-secretly-the-richest-person-in-the-world/

6. Switch?

There is no way to know.

Why did the Board of Commissioners give a SUP to a shell company owned by another shell company owned by a Swiss company investment company whose investors cannot be known? If Citadel Solar LLC abandons the project at some point who is going to clean up the mess?

I noticed that Lance was not in the meeting.

Was it because he didn’t want to answer any awkward questions?

I hope he is not having health problems.

If it wasn’t for Lance (and Jay) I wouldn’t have anything to do. I would be so bored.
